Job Title: Cash Flow Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cash Flow Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day cash flow operations of the company.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • You will be required to make outbound calls to delinquent accounts to arrange payment plans and negotiate settlements.
  • Additionally, you will need to receive incoming calls from customers regarding account status and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Effective email communication is also crucial in this role, as you will be sending and receiving emails from customers regarding their account status.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of [X] years of experience in collections or a related field, preferably with a background in US/UK collections.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and procedures is essential.
  • You must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have experience working in a voice process environment.
  • Night shift work (US Shift) is mandatory, and flexibility to work from the office when required is necessary.
