Job Title: Cash Flow Manager
The role of the Cash Flow Manager involves overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure smooth operations within the organization. This includes developing strategies to manage cash flow, identifying areas for cost reduction, and implementing effective internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cash flow management strategies to support business objectives.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (master's degree or professional certifications such as CPA/CFA are highly desirable) is required for this position. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in cash flow management, is also necessary. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and auditing practices is essential. Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Excel is also required. Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.
