Cloud Support Engineer Position

We seek highly skilled IT professionals to fill our Cloud Support Engineer role. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge Microsoft cloud technologies and deliver exceptional remote support.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with Level 3 teams on root-cause analysis, and providing advanced support for Microsoft 365 apps, including Exchange Online and SharePoint Online migrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with architects on Exchange Online and SharePoint Online migrations, including hybrid and cut-over scenarios.
  • Configure and manage Intune device enrollment, compliance policies, and app deployments for Windows, iOS, and Android endpoints.
  • Administer Active Directory and Azure AD user lifecycle, group policies, authentication issues, and conditional access troubleshooting.
  • Diagnose and resolve Level 2 incidents remotely, ensuring system availability and minimizing downtime.
  • Monitor infrastructure via RMM tools and escalate systemic issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 4+ years in IT support, including at least 2 years in a Level 2 capacity.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online, with hands-on migration experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Intune endpoint enrollment, compliance, and configuration policies.
  • Solid background in Active Directory/Azure AD user and group management, GPO, and authentication troubleshooting.
  • Broad understanding of Windows OS, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN), and endpoint security principles.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and customer-service skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
