Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery and Team Leadership

  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve processes, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient and effective project execution and management.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring the team is aware of potential risks.
  • Peers and Team Management: Manage peers and team members, including clients and external partners, to ensure their needs are met and expectations managed.
  • Financial Management: Oversee project finances, ensuring timely delivery within budget, and achieving financial targets.
  • Quality Assurance: Deliver projects to required quality standards, adhering to quality assurance processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
