Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Oversight Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and reviewing key business processes, including control frameworks, risk management, and governance. Your role will involve establishing best practices across various product processes, streamlining operations, and automating tasks where possible.

You will also be responsible for reviewing key control indicators (KCI) and control sample testing (CST), as well as supporting control and governance initiatives, external audits, and regulator queries. Additionally, you will lead project delivery and represent the product function in project forums.

Regulatory Compliance & Business Conduct:

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the organization's values and code of conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across the organization. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and the organization's code of conduct.
  • Manage the team to achieve the outcomes set out in the organization's conduct principles: fair outcomes for clients, effective financial markets, financial crime compliance, and the right environment.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters.
