Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of pilot projects: scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution, measurement, and handoff.">
  • Analyse performance data and user feedback to inform recommendations on whether to scale, iterate or sunset initiatives.">
  • Develop internal documentation and frameworks to capture learnings and share them across the organisation.">
  • Contribute to strategic planning processes and initiative pipelines based on emerging market or internal needs.">
  • Act as a thought partner to leadership by providing structured problem-solving and strategic input.">

Candidate Requirements

  • Interest in strategy, product operations, consulting, growth, or project management roles.">
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; comfort with Excel and basic SQL is a plus.">
