Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Oversee site operations in accordance with established policies and procedures, ensuring seamless execution of maintenance and vendor management tasks.
  • Client Relationship Development: Foster strong relationships with clients to meet or exceed service level expectations, adhering to contractual requirements and key performance indicators.
  • Financial Acumen: Collaborate with area managers to achieve financial targets and KPIs, efficiently managing vendor purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on delivering extraordinary events and experiences.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of building systems, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  • Effective contractor management skills.
  • Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms.
