Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facilities and ensure they meet local and industry-specific safety guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Maintain and oversee the upkeep of our facilities, including cleaning, landscaping, and parking teams.
- Instruct team members on best practices for maintaining property.
- Create and manage budgets for maintenance, repairs, and contracts.
- Oversee project closures within approved budget and drive initiatives to reduce costs.
- Ensure coherent availability and utilization of resources in areas like transport, canteen, and waste disposal.
- Negotiate annual maintenance contracts and renew insurances for maintenance.
- Manage contracts for various construction and maintenance projects.
- Coordinate with professionals for repairs for the building, equipment, or machinery.
- Perform regular inspections to ensure the building is functioning correctly.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and assist with energy management.
- Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and policies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Bachelor's degree in hotel management, or related field required, Master's degree desirable.
- Around Six – Ten years of related experience preferred.
