Job Description

This role is responsible for managing the maintenance and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations within a facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all installations are properly maintained and that any issues are addressed promptly.

The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management and a strong understanding of maintenance procedures. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the maintenance and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations
  • Ensure that all installations are properly maintained and address any issues promptly
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that facilities operations are running smoothly
  • Perform daily walk-throughs of the facility to identify potential issues

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in facilities management
  • Strong understanding of maintenance procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
