Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Facility Manager
to take charge of our Startup Park's day to day operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in
facility management, coworking space management, or a similar role
, with strong expertise in operational excellence, vendor management, safety compliance, and customer centric service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Startup Park, ensuring a clean, safe, and functional environment for startups, investors, and guests.
  • Manage coworking spaces, private offices, meeting rooms, event areas, and common areas to ensure high service standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance, IT support, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and local government regulations and standards.
  • Handle space allocation, occupancy management, and onboarding of new startup members.
  • Monitor facility maintenance schedules and manage preventive maintenance programs.
  • Lead cost optimization initiatives for utilities, maintenance, and consumables without compromising service quality.
  • Address day to day issues raised by startups, investors, or visitors promptly and professionally.
  • Supervise onsite support staff and provide leadership, training, and performance management.
  • Manage and coordinate special events, workshops, expos, and investor meetings held at the Startup Park.
  • Maintain facility related documentation inventories, maintenance logs, safety audits, and reports.
  • Collaborate with management to propose and implement facility related upgrades or process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    3-5 years of proven experience in facility management, coworking space operations, or commercial office space management
    .
  • Strong knowledge of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and preventive maintenance.
  • Hands on experience managing vendors, contracts, and procurement.
  • Excellent problem solving skills with a customer first mindset.
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
