We are seeking an experienced Operations Assistant to support our customers with data and guidance on various marathon events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reports and business intelligence (MI) to inform operational decisions
  • Support clients with data queries and event-related inquiries

About the Role:

This role involves working closely with our operations team to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction, providing accurate data and expert guidance to clients.

Fundraising Experience is a Plus

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in operations, with a strong understanding of business intelligence and data analysis. They will be confident in their ability to provide expert guidance and support to clients, as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously.
