People Leader Role

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong background in human resources and be skilled in policy development, governance, compliance, performance management, grievance redressal, and employee engagement.

This professional will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing HR policies while fostering a positive work environment. They will also drive governance processes to ensure alignment between HR practices and business objectives.

  • Develop and update HR policies and frameworks to meet organizational needs and compliance requirements.
  • Promote governance best practices and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Maintain fair and transparent grievance redressal mechanisms across the organization.
  • Oversee performance management systems, including goal-setting, reviews, and appraisals.
  • E nsure adherence to statutory regulations and labor laws throughout the organization.
  • Enhance employee engagement, motivation, and continuous learning within the company.
  • Lead HR audits, reporting, and close HR-related processes on time.
  • Manage and mentor the HR team to deliver efficient services.
Requirements
  • Education: MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: 6–8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2–4 years in a managerial role within a mid-sized organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven experience in performance management, policy governance, and employee relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficient in HRMS and Office tools.
