Key role: Regulatory and Financial Risk Management

About the Position:

You will be responsible for building and nurturing working relationships with teams and clients to exceed client expectations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing high-quality presentations and possessing strong Excel skills.
  • Documenting process flows and operating models within software such as Microsoft Visio.
  • Experience with technology changes within large regulatory-driven transformation programmes (specifically IRB transformation).
  • Presenting to senior stakeholders and ability to communicate main points clearly.
  • Knowledge of capital regulations (current CRR, Basel 3.1 changes under CP16/22 and PS 9/24) with the ability to navigate and understand these regulations.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results-driven solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an MBA or equivalent Master's degree. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate and understand complex regulations. Your experience in presenting to senior stakeholders and documenting process flows will also be beneficial.
