People Operations Specialist

The Business HR serves as a strategic partner to the business vertical, driving people strategy aligned with business objectives. This role executes the HR agenda across talent management, hiring, capability building, performance, employee engagement, and compliance for the vertical.
This position is responsible for identifying and attracting top talent based on business needs, developing and executing talent development strategies including succession planning and career paths, partnering with Learning & Development to build leadership and functional capabilities, driving a performance management culture focused on accountability, outcomes, and continuous feedback, ensuring effective implementation of performance reviews, and maintaining seamless HR operations including employee lifecycle management, HRIS usage, and policy governance.
Talent Acquisition:
- Identify and attract top talent based on business needs.
Talent Management:
- Develop and execute talent development strategies including succession planning and career paths.
- Partner with Learning & Development to build leadership and functional capabilities.
Performance & Rewards:
- Drive a performance management culture focused on accountability, outcomes, and continuous feedback.
- Ensure effective implementation of performance reviews.
Compliance:
- Ensure statutory compliances for operations.
- Manage disciplinary cases reported to HR.
This role requires an experienced HR professional with 8-12 years of experience in managing HR functions.
