Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in operations, quality control, or similar roles.
  • A passion for systems, processes, and measurable impact.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to doing things properly.
  • A desire to improve experiences for both clients and teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well with others and genuinely care about people.

Essential Skills and Experience
