**Contract Management Internship Opportunity**

We're seeking an intern to join our team and assist with contract management tasks. This role plays a key part in supporting the team with:

  • Contract abstraction and review.
  • Drafting basic legal documents like amendments and reviewing basic agreements like NDAs.
  • Record keeping and organization of contracts.
  • Tracking and managing existing contracts for customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in reviewing and abstracting contracts to extract key terms and clauses.
  2. Draft basic documents like amendments and review legal documents like NDAs under the supervision of senior team members.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts.
  4. Track and manage existing contracts for renewal or amendment.
  5. Perform other tasks as assigned by the team.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a law degree program (LL.B. or equivalent).
  • Basic understanding of contract law and legal principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
