This role requires a seasoned legal professional to review and negotiate IT contracts with customers globally. The ideal candidate will have expertise in contract negotiation, commercial and operational risks, and exposures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate Master Services Agreements, SOWs, Partner Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Rainmaker Agreements
  • Coordinate with procurement, business, and delivery functions for transaction closure
  • Prepare monthly reports on transactions received in a particular month
  • Conduct presentations, trainings, and meetings as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Identify contractual, commercial, and operational risks and exposures in contracts
  • Provide inputs/mark-up on contracts to mitigate risks and exposures
  • Work with internal and external clients to structure, prepare, negotiate, and finalize agreements
  • Negotiate customer agreements
  • Manage and give guidance to junior lawyers
  • Experience in negotiating IT outsourcing contracts and other types of IT contracts with customers
