Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategy for flame retardant chemicals used in plastics, textiles, construction, and electronics industries.
- Identify potential customers and build strong relationships with OEMs, compounders, and distributors.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to position products effectively.
- Drive sales growth and monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape.
- Ensure smooth coordination from sampling to order finalization and after-sales support.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales or business development of flame retardant chemicals.
- Strong technical understanding, market mapping, and customer engagement skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
