Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage 8-15 years of experience in digital transformation, product management, or technology leadership to guide technical teams and implement digital tools.
  2. Link digital initiatives with business outcomes, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
  3. Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategic decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Possession of an MBA, preferably with a specialization in Technology, Operations, or Product Management.
  • Certification in AI/ML, Product Management, or Cloud Technologies a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks.
  • Experience with Data Science, Data Lakes, data pipelines, and enterprise analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with Open Source APIs/software and proficiency in at least one additional programming language (Java, C++, R, or JavaScript).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to track technology trends and translate them into product innovation.

Secondary Skills:

  • Product management and lifecycle ownership, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Change management and digital adoption strategies, with a strong emphasis on excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Desirable Qualities:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Proven record of implementing digital tools in Manufacturing/Power/Renewables/EPC/Engineering/Infrastructure context, with a focus on driving business outcomes and growth.
