Service Delivery Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key role in ensuring seamless project execution and providing effective solutions to customer issues. The position requires strong technical knowledge of pharmaceutical machinery, as well as the ability to understand user requirements and convert leads into orders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect machines related to retrofitting and upgradation
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations to clients
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, machine evaluations, and service reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, planning, and service to ensure smooth project execution
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or technology
  • At least 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical machinery maintenance and sales support
  • Strong technical expertise in pharmaceutical machinery
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with industry trends and technological advancements in pharma machinery
  • Able to train junior staff or technicians on machinery handling and troubleshooting techniques
