Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive the performance marketing strategy across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other paid channels.
  • Execute and optimize full-funnel digital marketing campaigns for acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Build campaign structures that maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and minimize cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Collaborate closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to drive improvements in ad performance and landing page conversion.
  • Implement A/B tests to continuously improve targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics such as ROAS, click-through rate (CTR), cost per lead (CPL), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • ~5–7 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital-first product or fintech environment.
  • ~ Prior experience in a fast-paced online product-based company is mandatory.
  • ~ Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and related platforms.
  • ~ Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, or similar.
  • ~ Exceptional communication and project management skills.
