Your Responsibilities:

  • Elevate our digital marketing presence across all channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Programmatic).
  • Leverage data insights to inform budget allocation, forecasting, and performance reporting at executive level.
  • Develop frameworks for continuous testing and optimization – from ad creatives to conversion funnels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business and revenue goals.
  • Promote data-driven methodologies for attribution, incrementality, and lifetime value optimization.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of performance marketers, fostering innovation and accountability.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven success in scaling campaigns.
  • Demonstrated expertise in multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong knowledge of CRO, attribution modeling, and growth experimentation.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets at scale and present insights to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset: combining strategic vision with hands-on problem solving.
