About a progressive K-12 chain in Bangalore, India, founded in 2010. Our in-house curriculum offers a rich learning journey for students.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can drive meaningful growth in the K–12 education space by developing and implementing comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple channels.
The Performance Marketing Lead will own and drive the end-to-end digital marketing strategy to generate high-quality leads and optimize conversions across the digital ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple channels;
- Aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth;
- Overseeing and allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Utilizing analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to track and analyze campaign performance metrics;
Additional requirements include strong analytical skills, A/B testing and conversion optimization experience, efficient resource management, technical know-how, leadership, communication, and a proven track record in digital/performance marketing roles.
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field is required. MBA or Master's degrees are a plus. Certifications in digital marketing platforms and tools are highly valued.
