Job Description">

We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to oversee our business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing working capital, cash flow forecasting, and financing for both long-term and short-term requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the preparation of monthly MIS and financial statements for stakeholder reporting.

They will also be expected to implement, monitor, and audit Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR), including General IT Controls (GITC) and IT Application Controls (ITAC).

Additionally, they will lead the finance ERP implementation charter for the relevant segments and oversee the implementation of SOPs across processes.

Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role as the candidate will need to drive positive change by linking financial results to operational performance drivers.
