Business Development Expert

We're seeking a proactive and skilled Business Development Specialist to drive outbound outreach, lead qualification, and discovery call scheduling. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with decision-makers, crafting compelling messages, and enabling the sales team with better-qualified leads.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching target audiences, creating effective outreach strategies, and driving business growth through pre-sales activities.

About the Role
  • Drive Discovery & Qualification: Build targeted lists via research, run outbound campaigns, qualify prospects using BANT frameworks, and handover qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Initiate conversations, build interest in our solutions, position our products in short outbound interactions, and capture learnings to continuously improve messaging & targeting.
  • Sales Enablement: Create email templates, outreach flows, case studies, and FAQs to support the sales team with pre-sales collateral.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B research, business development, or sales.
  • Enjoy finding and talking to new people every day.
  • Write clear and convincing messages.
  • Thrive in execution-heavy roles with daily targets.
  • Are curious about industrial / infrastructure ecosystems.
  • Are comfortable using AI tools for better outreach.
