Job Summary

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager – Compliance.

  • Manage statutory filings and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure timely submissions of required documents and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance under the Companies Act

  • Coordinate with clients and regulatory bodies on ROC-related matters.
  • Prepare and file annual returns (GSTR-9, GSTR-9C).
  • Compute and manage advance tax, TDS deductions, and ITR filings.

GST Compliance:

  • Liaise with GST officers for clarifications and follow-ups.
  • Manage foreign remittance reporting, FIRC/FCGPR filings.
  • Oversee compliance with UAE VAT laws and ESR (Economic Substance Regulations).

UAE Compliance:

  • Assist clients with registration and reporting obligations under the UAE Corporate Tax regime.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with RBI regulations for foreign investments.

RBI Guidelines:

  • Prepare and submit relevant forms such as FC-GPR, FC-TRS, and APR.
  • Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting systems.

Skills Required:

  • Hands-on knowledge of Companies Act, 2013.
  • Familiarity with GST Laws.
  • Proficiency in Income Tax Act.
  • FEMA Regulations.
  • UAE VAT & Corporate Tax Laws.
  • RBI Guidelines and Reporting Requirements.
