Job Overview

Mintwell Autotech Export Private Limited, a leading supplier and exporter of premium automotive spare parts, is seeking a skilled Financial Compliance Specialist. This role involves ensuring timely submissions of GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), handling GST audits, and staying updated with changes in GST laws.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Tax Filings: Prepare and submit accurate tax returns within the stipulated timeframe to avoid penalties.
  • Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors to address queries, provide relevant documentation, and ensure compliance.
  • Export Documentation: Create and maintain shipping bills, commercial invoices, and packing lists for seamless export processes.
  • Clearance Coordination: Liaise with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth clearance of shipments.
  • Compliance Management: Clear Bank Realization Certificates (BRCs) and adhere to FOREX regulations.
  • Account Reconciliation: Verify export sales accounts and generate accurate reports for senior management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in GST compliance and export documentation.
  • Strong understanding of GST laws, export procedures, and customs regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Busy accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with accuracy and efficiency.
