Job Title: Training Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Execution & Delivery: Manage a team of trainers and develop training plans across various topics, including induction, refreshers, skill builders, assessments, and product/process updates. Create training calendars and dashboards to ensure logistics and SME availability.
  • Activation Targets: Drive and monitor trainer performance to achieve activation goals (first successful cross-sell within defined time). Identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions to close performance gaps.
  • Team Capability Building: Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions, quality audits, and provide coaching to build trainer expertise and maintain delivery excellence.
  • Governance & Feedback: Ensure compliance and code of conduct adherence. Capture and share training data, insights, and ground feedback with leadership to support strategy and decision-making.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive results through effective monitoring and corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
