As a senior professional in international operations, we are seeking an accomplished Training and Development Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience as a Training Manager in a similar industry or tenured Deputy Manager Training with expertise in customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and assessing future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance reviews, and consultation with line managers.
  • Developing and enhancing the current training methodologies/framework.
  • Maintaining a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.

Responsibilities also include resolving process-related opportunities, tailoring training programs as necessary, reviewing existing training materials and manuals for appropriateness and relevance, and working with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments.
