Job Title: Enterprise IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT project manager to support the successful delivery of a strategic procurement systems implementation in the APAC region. This role will be responsible for coordinating the IT workstreams involved in integrating Coupa with SAP and Oracle, ensuring alignment with the overall project plan, internal stakeholders, and business leads.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering enterprise-level IT projects in a global environment, ideally within Procure-to-Pay or ERP integration domains. They will also have familiarity with Coupa, SAP, and Oracle systems and their integration points.

The project manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the predefined steps of the Coupa implementation, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are achieved on time. They will partner closely with the Business Project Manager to drive the project forward, align priorities, and overcome blockers.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and escalation handling skills, as well as experience working in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate IT workstreams for integrating Coupa with SAP and Oracle
  • Ensure alignment with overall project plan, internal stakeholders, and business leads
  • Manage and coordinate predefined steps of Coupa implementation
  • Partner with Business Project Manager to drive project forward
