As a Project Manager at Techolution, you will drive the successful delivery of complex IT and Managed Services projects for our enterprise clients. We seek a highly organized and communicative leader adept at proactive risk management and ensuring seamless project execution. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to "innovation done right" and transition from Lab Grade AI to Real World AI, collaborating with global teams and adapting to flexible shifts to achieve impactful outcomes.

• Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of IT and Managed Services projects, ensuring strict adherence to scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive 24/7 coverage rosters to ensure continuous service availability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Severity 1 and Severity 2 issues, managing and resolving situations efficiently and professionally.
• Oversee the review and approval process for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
• Effectively manage and refine the project backlog to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to prioritize backlog items, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain regular reporting cadence (weekly, monthly) to keep all parties informed of project progress and milestones.
• Drive project success through proactive risk identification, comprehensive mitigation planning, and transparent reporting to all stakeholders.
• Champion and implement Agile and Scrum methodologies, facilitating ceremonies and tracking progress to ensure alignment with client priorities.
• Foster strong, transparent relationships with enterprise clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
• Ensure meticulous documentation practices, including detailed meeting minutes, decision logs, and comprehensive project dashboards for clear oversight and accountability.
• Demonstrate excellent collaboration skills with global teams, exhibiting flexibility to accommodate various time zones for effective real-time coordination.
