Enterprise Project Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Project Management Lead to oversee and manage projects within our organization. With a solid background in project management, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in German, the ideal candidate will excel in leading project planning sessions, coordinating staff and internal resources, managing project progress, and adapting work as required.
Our successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring projects meet deadlines, managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation, conducting project reviews, and creating detailed reports for executive staff. Additionally, they will optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary, secure growth opportunities, and initiate new projects.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field, along with 8-11 years of project management experience, proficiency in German, and a strong understanding of formal project management methodologies. Experience in managing medium to large projects, excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines are also essential.

- Communication: Foster open and transparent dialogue with project stakeholders, leveraging effective written and verbal communication skills to facilitate collaboration and ensure project success.
