Job Title : Enterprise Project Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead or support the implementation of enterprise-grade project management solutions.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to design scalable configurations.
  • Customize and configure modules such as Projects, Resources, Portfolios, Timesheets, Financials, and Demand Management.
  • Develop and maintain process automations, data workflows, and integrate systems using XOG and GEL scripts.
  • Create reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools.
  • Conduct client workshops, user training, and prepare system/user documentation.
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous enhancements based on user feedback and evolving needs.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Clarity PPM implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of Clarity functional modules and system architecture.
  • Experience with scripting languages, custom object development, and BI tools.
  • Solid understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and reporting structures.
  • Proficient in SQL and capable of building complex queries and reports.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams across the project lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Desirable Skills :

  • Experience with Agile delivery models.
  • Familiarity with Clarity certifications.
  • Experience integrating Clarity with enterprise systems.
