Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our project management team. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the review of drawings, computing the scope of work, checking materials, and planning project targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review drawings received from clients to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compute the scope of work from drawings and identify any potential issues
  • Check MTO for the scope of work from Drawings and materials received at yard
  • Plan and schedule project targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to ensure timely completion
  • Review ITP and follow the requirements to ensure compliance
  • Prepare purchase requisitions for procurement of MTO to meet project needs
  • Review proposals received from vendors for specs and quantity to ensure alignment with project requirements
  • Maintain Materials control chart and reconciliation if the material is free issued by Client
  • Handle manpower and tools/equipment at site to ensure efficient operation

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success
  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable institute
  • Additional qualifications: Diploma in Piping Engineering and Design (preferable)
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office & Excel with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting
  • Working knowledge of Auto Cad with ability to create detailed designs and plans
  • ASNT Level II Qualifications in RT/UT/MPI and LPT
