Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist to oversee the successful delivery of luxury residential projects. This role will involve managing contracts, leading project initiatives, and developing strong relationships with external partners.

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in contract management, project leadership, and vendor development within the real estate sector. A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil) is required, along with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in similar roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of all pre and post-contract processes for residential luxury villa projects.
  • Leading project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery within defined scope and budget constraints.
  • Management of vendor development processes, including evaluation, onboarding, and maintenance of strong relationships with external partners.
  • Conducting detailed rate analysis and negotiations with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure advantageous terms and conditions.
  • Financial accuracy across projects by supervising budgeting, cost analysis, and comprehensive reporting in alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil).
  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector.
