Key Responsibilities:
">- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Drive the strategic vision of the product by identifying opportunities to improve user experience, market positioning, and scalability.
Requirements:
">- 6+ years of experience in technical leadership roles, with at least 3 years in fintech.
- Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams across multiple functions.
- Demonstrated ability to grow a product from inception to market success.
- Hands-on experience with NodeJS and strong understanding of backend development.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
