Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Jewellery Sales Representative to join our team at Interstar Jewels. The ideal candidate should possess a strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery, coupled with excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Customer Interaction:
  • Assist customers in selecting jewellery, providing expert advice on diamonds, gemstones, and designs.
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of jewellery, including diamonds, gemstones, and current market trends.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about product quality, pricing, and customization options.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Handle invoicing, inventory updates, and showroom maintenance.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and report sales data as required.
  • Job Work Coordination:
  • Manage customer orders, including repairs, customization, and job work coordination with artisans.
  • Monitor the timely completion and quality of work.
  • Multitasking & Operational Support:
  • Support the team in daily operations, including handling customer queries, showroom displays, and promotional events.
  • Assist in stock arrangement and visual merchandising.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in jewellery sales or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi and English, with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Jewellery Knowledge: Expertise in diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery products.
  • Administrative Skills: Ability to handle documentation, invoicing, and coordination.
  • Multitasking: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Professional and approachable demeanor with a strong customer-centric approach.
