Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing sales functions within allocated clusters, building long-term relationships with distributors and retailers, and expanding our sales network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales operations in designated regions, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with distributors and retailers, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics to make informed decisions.
  • Collect valuable feedback from retailers to enhance product offerings and services.
  • Prioritize stock availability, ensure timely delivery, and maintain effective inventory management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role in the Non-FMCG sector.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and adapt to changing market conditions.
