Job Role

You will wear multiple hats – manage hiring, handle HR functions, oversee office operations, and support the team during client shoots.

Main Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & HR:
    • Handle end-to-end hiring: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews.
    • Manage onboarding, maintain employee records, and coordinate payroll inputs.
    • Track leaves, attendance, and ensure smooth HR operations.
    • Assist in employee engagement and retention activities.
  • Operations & Coordination:
    • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
    • Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and external partners when required.
    • Assist founders in tracking projects and following up with teams.
  • Shoot & Production Support:
    • Support the creative team during client shoots (scheduling, logistics, coordination).
    • Manage props, crew arrangements, and client communication on shoot days.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, Admin, or Operations (agency/creative industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational & multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take responsibility across multiple functions.
