Vendor Master Data Specialist Associate

We are seeking a seasoned Vendor Master Data Specialist Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining vendor master records across multiple regions.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in English and experience working with SAP (ERP, MDG, S/4HANA) solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Creating, maintaining, and validating vendor master records to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls.
  2. Collaborating with procurement, finance, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with global procurement standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and communication skills in English.
  • End-to-end vendor master data maintenance experience across multiple regions.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and internal audit standards.

  • Experience supporting integration projects (e.g., mergers, system migrations).
  • Skilled in handling duplicate vendor resolution and TIN matching.
