**Job Title:** Project Manager / Senior Executive

Job Overview:

They will be responsible for managing project initiatives, evaluating and negotiating with vendors, and ensuring financial accuracy through budgeting and cost analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee pre and post-contract processes to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Lead project management initiatives to guarantee timely project delivery.
  • Manage vendor development processes, including evaluation and negotiation to secure advantageous terms.
  • Conduct rate analysis and negotiate with vendors to secure favorable conditions.
  • Supervise budgeting, cost analysis, and comprehensive reporting to ensure financial accuracy.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector.
Required Skills:
  • Proven expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations, and financial management practices.
  • Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
