Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the complete contract-to-invoice lifecycle for global SaaS agreements.

This role involves ensuring compliance with company policies, revenue recognition standards, service provisioning and legal requirements.

The successful candidate will manage upstream contracts and downstream invoicing together, ensuring seamless revenue flow, risk mitigation and transparent reporting.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Contract Lifecycle Management
  • Leading the team responsible for implementing contracts
  • Ensuring contracts comply with finance policies, revenue recognition rules, service provision and audit requirements
  • Managing centralized repository and maintaining version control
Financial & Compliance Oversight
  • Validating billing frequency, payment terms, taxation, and revenue allocation in contracts
  • Ensuring compliance with audit, revenue recognition, and financial reporting standards
Invoicing & Billing Management
  • Leading the invoicing team to ensure timely, accurate and compliant customer billing
  • Aligning invoicing practices with contract terms, purchase orders (POs), payment schedules, and customer-specific requirements
  • Reducing billing errors and disputes through process controls and automation
  • Partnering with Sales, RevOps, and other teams to resolve invoicing discrepancies quickly
Collaboration & Leadership
  • Acting as a liaison between Finance, Sales, Legal, and RevOps for seamless contract-to-cash execution
  • Collaborating with RevOps and IT to integrate contract and invoicing processes into Salesforce/ERP
  • Representing Finance in cross-functional projects impacting order-to-cash, revenue recognition or reporting
  • Driving improvements in contract and invoicing workflows to shorten cycle times and reduce errors
