Contract Management Specialist

About the Role:

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to oversee contract drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing. This critical role requires an individual with excellent negotiation skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Drafting & Review: Develop, review, and negotiate contracts that align with our company's goals and strategies.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including legal, procurement, finance, and sales, to ensure seamless contract execution.
  • Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Analyze contract terms to identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Contract Compliance: Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal standards.
  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Monitor contract renewals, amendments, expirations, and flag deadlines proactively.
  • Training & Guidance: Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contract policies, best practices, and risk areas.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB/LLM), Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in-house legal, corporate, or law firm settings.
  • Skills: Strong command of contract law, legal terminology, risk assessment, negotiation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
