Analytics Team Lead Job Description

This senior analytics role is ideal for an experienced professional to drive business growth through data insights.

  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring quality delivery and technical upskilling.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using cloud tools (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Composer, Cloud Functions).
  • Process log-level data from platforms like Google Analytics (GA4/UA), DV360, and other advertising tech sources.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines from diverse sources via APIs and third-party tools.
  • Integrate and manage data across multiple cloud platforms and data warehouses.
  • Own the creation of data models, data marts, and analytical layers to support dashboards and deep-dive analyses.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, and hands-on experience with GCP tools. Experience working in agile environments and managing delivery timelines is also required.

Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leadership roles, driving team success and fostering growth.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL, Google BigQuery, and data visualization tools.
  • Cloud Computing: Hands-on experience with GCP tools (Dataflow, Composer, Cloud Functions) and other cloud platforms.
  • APIs and Connectors: Familiarity with integrating data from various APIs and third-party connectors.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Scripting Languages: Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for automation and custom ETL development.
  • Version Control: Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
