We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Analytics Engineer. This role involves delivering high-quality data assets that support analytical modeling and visualization, driving personalization opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gathering and transforming large datasets into well-structured integrated data assets using advanced SQL, AWS Glue, or other emerging technologies.
  • Developing and maintaining robust and extensible data models that capture business performance from a customer experience perspective.
  • Identifying and executing data quality testing along critical checkpoints, surfacing data drift or anomalies.
  • Maintaining high standards for data accuracy, building automated processes to catch issues proactively.
  • Serving as an expert in critical customer experience data assets, maintaining a catalog for reference.
  • Collaborating with data science teams on exploratory data analysis, KPI development, and visualization in Tableau.
  • Validating and performance-tuning complex SQL queries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or engineering.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in data-driven solutions.
  • Expertise in writing advanced SQL queries, strong experience in Python (NumPy & Pandas), EDA, and data processing/data infrastructure tools like AWS Glue, S3, or Redshift.
  • Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI for advanced visualization.
  • Focused on 60% data infrastructure (AWS-focused) + 40% analytics.
