**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will provide standard, advanced, and sometimes confidential secretarial and general office duties, including monitoring managers' mailboxes, calendars, and stakeholders' absence, and dealing with issues that can be easily and quickly resolved.
**Responsibilities**
- Screen and handle daily calls and inquiries from stakeholder team leads, responding independently to routine issues and questions.
- Provide support and leverage wider admin support team and group systems, such as HR Direct, Fusion, appointment calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure corporate guidelines, policies, and procedures are adhered to regarding travel bookings.
- Prepare and submit expense claims, monitor and chase pending approvals and documents.
- May have the opportunity to prepare PowerPoint presentations and maintain Excel templates.
**Requirements**
- Create an environment within the team that fosters knowledge sharing and open forums.
- Effective communication with team members on organization change and goals required for respective roles and responsibilities.
- At least 3-5 years full-time experience in supporting a Senior Executive.
- Excellent PC skills with high proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- High degree of integrity and maturity, ability to keep confidential information safe.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong ability to multi-task.
