Role OverviewThe IT Engineer will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, supporting employees with hardware/software needs, and maintaining secure access to company systems.
This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide remote support for employees' hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
