About Vedantu


Vedantu is an innovative online tutoring platform that enables LIVE interactive learning between teachers and students. Our platform offers individual and group classes, allowing teachers to provide personalized teaching using two-way audio, video, and whiteboarding tools.


About the Role


As an Academic Counselor, you will be the face of Vedantu for our students and parents, helping them understand how to leverage our platform for their learning. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct consultative outbound calls and follow-up calls with prospective students and their parents to understand their learning needs and preferences.


Key Responsibilities


You will have to fix appointments and conduct demo sessions with prospective students and their parents, understand customer profiles and learning problems, and create a need for our course offerings through a structured counseling session. Additionally, you will handle objections and price negotiation to generate sales revenue.
