Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our sub-broker and mutual fund channel efforts.

This individual will be responsible for identifying and onboarding sub-brokers and APs, explaining revenue models, and ensuring compliance. They will also conduct training, drive client acquisition, boost Assets Under Management (AUM), and cross-sell products.

In addition, the successful candidate will track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), gather market feedback, maintain CRM systems, and report progress to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in a broking house, sub-broker channel, or mutual fund distribution environment.
