Business Development Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, generating leads, and driving business growth through effective communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build relationships with clients through outbound and inbound communication.
- Explain company products and services clearly to prospective customers.
- Maintain a database of customer information and track interactions for follow-ups.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Convert leads into opportunities through effective negotiation skills.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to strengthen client retention.
- Prepare regular reports of calls, leads, and conversions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Finance, or equivalent experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
- Excellent listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under targets.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
